CLUB VOWS TO PUT THE ‘FUN’ BACK IN FUNDRAISING
Giving back by volunteering can sometimes seem tedious, but the Women of the Western Communities is trying to change that view. The club’s 2012-13 initiative is to put the “fun” back into fundraising. With big hearts and spunky attitudes, club members have been giving back to the community for more than three decades, since its founding as the Welcome Wagon in 1977.
