Judge Howard Coates: From The Council To The Court
Former Wellington Councilman Howard Coates’ transition from attorney to judge is going pretty well, although there has been a steep learning curve. Coates was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Palm Beach County 15th Judicial Circuit Court bench by Gov. Rick Scott in December.
