WELLINGTON WOMAN: VINCEREMOS FOUNDER RUTH MENOR
Since 1981, the Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center, under the guidance of Ruth Menor, has used horses to help those with special needs. Because of her dedication, she is this month’s nominee for our Woman of the Year Award.
