After serving our country, some veterans find themselves suffering from stress, anger and/or depression, often struggling as they find ways to deal with these issues. Moksha Yoga Studio in Wellington has begun offering free yoga classes through the Connected Warriors program as a way to give back to the veteran community.

Born in Puerto Rico to Cuban parents, Elbridge Gale Elementary School teacher Laura Corzo was recently named “2011 Hispanic Teacher of the Year” by the Hispanic Human Resources Council during a banquet at the Palm Beach Airport Hilton.
